  I want to thank Jack and team for the recent installation of LVP in my new condo. They were very helpful and professional through all phases of the project including help with finding the right LVP to match the existing granite.

  We recently purchased a property with engineered hardwood in all rooms except for one bedroom and walk in closet. We went to Bixby Plaza Carpets & Flooring to see if it was possible to put the same flooring in the two carpeted rooms. James was very helpful. He helped us understand the type of flooring we had, verified the availability of the same brand and specification flooring from the manufacturer, and took measurements and ordered the material. We were kept up to date on the shipment of the flooring and proposed installation dates. The team from Bixby did a great job removing the carpet, leveling the uneven concrete floors, and installing the new hardwood flooring in the two rooms. We appreciate the great work of the Bixby Plaza Carpets & Flooring team from beginning to end and would use them again if we needed carpets or flooring work in the future.

  The quality was beyond expectation. Our Bixby expert, Cheryl, thoroughly inspected our amazing trouble free installation. The price point was great. I highly recommend Bixby Plaza flooring.

  My experience with Bixby Plaza Carpets was excellent. We had a small window of time to purchase and have carpet installed. I worked with Project Manager Louie Weinmueller in selecting carpet. Louie worked his "magic" and in less than a week our carpet was purchased and installed. The installation crew were courteous , efficient and detailed. We were definitely impressed.
