Anthony, the plumber, was incredible professional, knowledgeable, and great at explaining the issues and the solutions every step of the way. The pricing was fair, and what really stood out was how understanding and flexible they were when they discovered multiple leaks and had to rerun the pipes. We have little kids at home, and they were extremely considerate about getting the work done as quickly as possible to minimize the disruption. Their honesty, professionalism, and care for our situation really meant a lot. Highly recommend!

Still—Craig handled it without hesitation. It’s people like Craig who turn a routine maintenance visit into a genuinely pleasant experience. He’s a cool, professional, detail-oriented guy, and considering we spent a fortune on a new unit, he treated it with the level of care every customer hopes for. He made us appreciate not just the product, but the brand behind it. If American Energy wants to stand out from the competition, they should continue hiring and retaining people like Craig. As a customer, I can confidently say that it’s much easier to refer a company when you’re getting both a solid product and top-tier service. I can assure you Craig is exactly that.

We called several companies, but they were unsure how to diagnose or fix the issue. Anthony(Lead Plumber)from American Energy arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and quickly figured out the entire problem. He did a great job, was very professional, and resolved the immediate issue for us quickly. Their pricing was also reasonable. Highly recommend!
