- MCMark C.May 1, 20251.0Terrible experience. Ordered a portable + sink for 1 day. Paid for the 1 week SVC and we were told it would be delivered the next morning. Our workers showed up. No toilet all day, so we had to shuttle them to the restroom all day. The day of the delivery we called after not receiving the portable by 10:30am. Spoke with Anthony, who was the 2nd employee we spoke with. Gave him instructions to have the driver call when he gets to the gate so we can let him in. Anthony confirmed with a text delivery between 1:30-2:30. We sent a drop pin to make it clear easier on the driver. After no call no show, we texted requesting an update at 4:45pm Anthony had their driver Juan call. Juan said he dropped it at the gate, next to the side walk, where his office told him to leave it and that he could come back the next day or we could move it ourselves. Called Anthony back, got nothing resolved. Send a pic and video showing where his driver dropped the toilet. Sent Anthony a video and pic of where his driver dropped the toilet. Great product! United rentals is a solid company from my experience. This off shoot or sister company of theirs needs some corporate attention. Poor communication. Poor service. Poor customer service. Anthony and Juan made their bosses and management team and company look terrible, typically service like this is a result of poor management and training. A week later I still needed to remind this team to come pick up the portable they dropped on the sidewalk. Poor service Even worse communication. No attempt from anyone I spoke with to make anything better or apologize for wasting our time.
