  I recently had the pleasure of working with Setai Kitchen & Bath, specifically with owner Matt Owainet, to address a water leak issue in my master bathroom. From the outset, the professionalism and expertise of Matt Owainet were evident. I decided to go with a local contractor, and I couldn't be happier with the choice of Setai Kitchen & Bath. The project involved a complete redesign and remodel of the entire master bathroom due to the water leak. Despite the initial setback and the inevitable challenges that come with such a project, Matt and his team provided us with an acceptable contract, including a schedule and midrange pricing that aligned perfectly with our budget. One of the standout aspects of working with Setai Kitchen & Bath was the personalized attention we received throughout the process. Matt assisted us every step of the way, accompanying us in choosing and purchasing all the fixtures for the master bathroom. His guidance was invaluable, ensuring that we made informed decisions that would enhance both the aesthetic and functionality of the space. Although the holiday season caused some delays to the construction schedule, Matt and his team handled every obstacle with professionalism and dedication. Despite the anomalies that occurred, they consistently went above and beyond to rectify any issues, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction. In the end, the finished project exceeded our expectations. Matt and his team didn't consider the job complete until every detail was perfect and we were entirely satisfied.   We had two bathrooms completely remodeled from scratch. And they’re beautiful! We had three other contractors bid on the job that couldn’t meet our budget. Setai Kitchen & Bath has their own inventory of vinyl, tile, cabinets, knobs, accessories, etc. which provides an endless selection of quality products (no cheap stuff) that is cost effective. Matt is personable and experienced with proactive ideas and solutions that are fairly priced, handling unforeseen issues quickly and efficiently, and always available by phone day or night. Before the job started, he introduced himself to all our neighbors (we live in a condo complex) explaining that there would be noise and to call him of any issues. The work and materials are top notch, the “before and after" pictures breathtaking, and our condo has significantly increased in value because of Matt’s work. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
