  Had prior tree damage to the roof. Contacted PRI. Jairo returned call in 30 minutes. Was able to stop by within 2 hours. Provided proposal tat night. Next morning crew showed up for apply fixed and remove all debris.

  Not the most exciting way to spend money but it was made easier to take by Aggy and team. PRI was responsive every step of the way and the crew did a great job. Hope I won’t need another roof but if I do I would go back to PRI.

  When I say PRI is the best in the business I truly mean it. I'd been dealing with leaks from my parapet wall since new years of 2023. I thought I could get away with a silicone repair since I'd been told by previous contractors that I did not need a full re-roof. Not even 8months into the repaired roof and the materials started to crack letting in rain water through the parapet wall into my house coming through the windows. At that point I knew I needed to get the entire roof re-done just to make sure nothing like this would happen again. When I reached out to Aggy, it was a Saturday, that following Monday he came to check out my roof. He didn't hesitate to get on a ladder and see for himself what was going on. He was able to let me know how old my roof was and gave me a proper estimate for redoing the entire thing. From replacing the tar shingles, parapet wall, and even safely removing the Spanish tiles and applying waterproofing to then put back my same tiles afterward. He stayed true to the estimate even throughout the entire process and there was no surprises along the way. My roof is pretty complicated, there are so many different types of materials that intersect with one another and they all needed to be water tight. Aggy has a strong attention to detail and craftsmanship that is seriously unmatched. When he would talk me through solutions he would sketch them out on paper, give me knowledge about materials, and make sure I understood his recommendations before moving forward. He didn't undermine me b/c I'm a young female homeowner, and always made me feel like if there was anything that needed rework PRI is only an email or phone call away. And, he stayed true to that promise. When the work was done I noticed an issue with how the last column of Spanish tiles were set where they meet my parapet wall in the front, one tile was tilted inwards which made the last 3 columns of the tiles misaligned. I emailed PRI with marked up photos and notes on what I noticed, instead of any back-and-forth Aggy showed up a week or so later with his super talented crew and workshopped some quick ideas on how to fix it. Before re-setting the mortar they would call me outside to take a look at the alignment before finalizing just to make sure it addressed my feedback exactly. He didn't make me feel like a pest for calling out such details either. I love PRI and I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much for the beautiful work y'all have done, I'm in LOVE with my new roof!

  PRI- Premiere Roofing built our large patio roof. From start to finish their service was indeed Premiere! I cannot praise their work enough. They went over and above what was promised. They were always great communicators, on time, polite, professional and efficient. They use the best materials possible, Their pricing is very reasonable and fair. Aggy, the owner, is hands on and checks his employees' work for himself. He treats his workers with respect and it shows. I highly recommend PRI- Premiere Roofing to anyone who needs a roofing job done right

  Jairo is a pleasure to work with. I bought a house with a roof that is about 15 years old. PRI replaced several 2nd story rotted fascia boards that had to be taken care of before a painter repainted the house. Jairo recommended a painter, and that painter did an excellent job. The following winter, when unusually strong winds knocked a couple of old shingles off the roof, Jairo arranged to get it fixed quickly, before the winter rain storm arrived. When my gutters had problems, Jairo fixed them perfectly. Three years from now, I plan to completely replace the roof, and I have confidence in P.R.I. for the job. Big or small, they do it all. Update in 2021 - 15 months later: I emailed Jairo a photo of a thin crack along part of one of the 2nd story fascia boards. He sent Octavio to apply some caulk on the crack, then re-paint the entire fascia board. It looks brand new and is ready for any kind of summer or winter weather. P.R.I. stands by it work and deserves its excellent reputation.
