  Amanda and RJ are rock stars. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I ordered both carpet and laminate, and the team was incredibly helpful every step of the way. When there was an issue with the product color, they immediately stepped in, helped place additional orders, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. They also caught that a product size had been listed incorrectly and went above and beyond by negotiating a discount to make it right. It’s rare to find ANY company that’s this responsive, honest, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

  I had a pretty great experience with Latta Floors here in Livermore. From the very beginning, communication was super efficient, making the whole process stress-free. The installation of our new laminate floors was quick and professional. The crews arrived promptly on the scheduled day and got right to work. It’s hard to find this level of reliability. I will definitely choose them again when necessary!

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Latta Floors on our whole house reflooring project. First of all, Thanh, Amanda and their staff were just amazing, kind people who care about their business and their customers. They were very knowledgeable of all the different products and patient with our prolonged selection process. Communication was excellent from the first day we walked into their showroom through final completion. They were great about letting us know what to expect in advance of the work being done. Installation was scheduled quickly and Thanh and his team completed the project without any interuptions or delays. Their workmanship was outstanding and we could not be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Latta Floors. A+++!
