- JSJerod SheltonApr 14, 20263.0We've done a lot of business with Herc but will no longer be able to utilize them because of their ridged policy around payment. You cant send a representative with your card for payment even if you give Herc verbal or written authorization. I offered a number of solutions but their representative told me I had no choice but to pick up the rental myself if paying with my card. Little things like that make a big difference for a small business like mine. I cannot run a business and go to each vendor to pay for all our rental equipment myself.
