  My 97yr old grandmother had some salesman or your retailers at her house she doesn't know how she's going to afford this on her fixed income thinking it was going to be free but we all know free isn't free free is installation or equipment or something along those lines so if you guys can please remove this from her house she says that this company has put a lean on her home of 50 years

  Sales rep was informative after I asked questions about the different products. I had two other companies who came out for in home consultations, Puronics was the only one who did everything over the phone/email. Our special order product wasn’t ordered, as there was lack of communication between sales and product depts. They were very apologetic for the delay and provided alternative options, but it didn’t bother me too much. I’ve lived with hard water for 6months, and wasn’t in a super rush to get a softener. I ended up going with the alternative softener option, and it probably is a better size for our household, once I read more about resin sizes. I believe the original product was not big enough for our household size, which does make me reflect on the quality and efficiency of the sales reps, but hey, if you can close deals over phone or email, and customers are happy, cool. I’m glad everything worked out in my favor. Installer (Terry) was efficient, on time, had great energy and personable. He installed copper pipe fittings which do not bend and it was a small area so the pipes are crammed but still overall nice, and hey, in the garage so whatever. He also gave us another spigot line (soft water) because the water main/water heater/drain area is tight in the garage and the softener is blocking the original spigot. Overall, very smooth install and I look forward to extending the life on my appliances and less water spots on glass!
