The entire project - from estimate, scheduling to the roof and gutter installation and final cleanup, went smoothly and efficiently. Their pricing was reasonable, and the customer services (Adriana) was very nice and responsive. We are happy to have the new roof and gutters. We're very satisfied with the final results and highly recommend them.

At each step we were notified of progress, new information, glitches, next steps, etc. Great communication throughout, from the front desk (Adriana) to the foreman (Christian) to Mel himself. Their work had to be coordinated with another roofing company that removed & replaced our leased solar panels - no problem at all, they made it happen seamlessly. They found some water damage to structures that needed repair - provided photos, walked through the options, landed on simple but effective solutions, & knocked them out at reasonable cost. They even painted the outside-facing new structures for us at no extra charge. Our new roof looks great, & their clean-up was meticulous after each work day as well as at the end. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, without hesitation. I'll be recommending them to anyone in our area in need of roof/gutter work, I can't imagine a better option.
