From measuring to installation, RJ, Amanda and Thanh truly cared about our project and worked seamlessly under a tight timeline to get it completed.   We were referred to Latta floors by a friend. Amanda and her team was so easy to work with from picking the perfect flooring color to a flawless install. Our home is beautiful again, we can’t recommend them enough.

  Thanh and Amanda were wonderful and professional to deal with. They took our concerns and worked out some issues with our floor being uneven, and did a great job. They were done on time, their staff was very professional, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new floor put in.

  Words cannot describe how amazing the team at LATTA floor is. You will have to hire them to see for yourself. I worked with a few contractors during the remodeling process and developed an understanding of what separates an ok contractor from a great contractor. LATTA floors falls under extraordinary. They come on time or even a little earlier than scheduled (If you have worked with contractors you know what I’m talking about). They are very careful with the house, even the lawn where they laid down tarps to prevent debris when cutting the boards. They are very efficient in getting the work done on time with quality. Thanh and his team would let you know the plan of the day and provide you picture updates of the progress. Amanda was amazing to work with because she is so kind, patient, straightforward and willing to work with your budget. As a first time buyer, I was overwhelmed by the quotes from different flooring companies. But she was the only one who would reach out and put the time and effort into working with our visions and budgets, gave the best feedback and suggestions, and was extremely flexible with our schedules. We ended up choosing the laminated white oaks floors, which greatly brightened the house and gave it a modern touch. It’s very comfortable to walk on and feels like actual wood. Glad we were able to visit their showroom to see all the options, appreciate RJ bringing samples, and landing on white oaks. Regardless if you’re a first time home buyer or just want to upgrade your properties, I would 10/10 recommend this family owned business where you are not just a number to them but a valued client/friend.

  This company was an absolute dream to work with..from their clear communication to their incredible craftsmanship. Our house was a unique case, with foundation issues and uneven floors. I told Thanh how important it was to me that everything be perfectly level again and that I was willing to cover any extra materials needed to make it right. He completely delivered, keeping me informed of any additional costs along the way since we wouldn’t know the full scope until they began pouring the self-leveling cement. I was blown away by the effort they put in to meet my request and how reasonably priced the extra materials were. That kind of honesty means everything to a customer like me. I’d recommend them to anyone and I definitely will. As a woodworker myself, I pay close attention to the small details, and the craftsmanship in the baseboards alone is immaculate. Every cut is precise, even in the tightest corners. We absolutely love our new floors! Thank you, Latta Floors, for an incredible job well done.
