They allowed us to take home flooring samples to view with our other hard finishes. We didn't have a contractor lined up so Tom found someone for us to do the demo & flooring install. He oversaw every aspect of the install process & we are so thrilled with how the floors came out! It truly feels like a new house. The attention to detail, transitions from room to room and how efficiently the crew performed the job blew us away. Tom was also so professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Cannot wait to use Kraftician again for our next project.
