  Tara and her team were so helpful! I was starting my house design from scratch and just a few ideas and they helped me put everything together. Their patience and expertise helped me with every step and I couldn’t be happier with my end products and how it all looks together.

  I recently completed a full kitchen remodel and couldn't be more pleased with everyone that I encountered at Kraftician along the way. Tom was very helpful, communicative, and patient, and Jose did an amazing job on the fabrication! We experienced many delays in our project (due to water damage and termites) and every time that I reached out to Tom to let him know that my timeline had shifted, he was very understanding and assured me that it was completely normal and that he would be ready whenever we were. He was true to his word and when we were finally able to proceed, he and Jose worked very hard to figure out how to fabricate my 2 slabs in such a manner that I could also use it for my backsplash (per my request) in a manner that was pleasing to the eye - which was no small feat. Our overall project was not without it's struggles, but working with Tom, Terra, and Jose on our countertops was one of the easiest and stress free parts. It's clear they care about their craft and customers and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  We had a great experience working with these guys, they really helped us pick out a tile set for our bathroom remodel. We plan on going back for our fireplace/mantle next!

  Look no further!! Before you go driving around looking for materials or getting Design ideas for your project, stop in here! My husband and I were in the midst of remodeling our bathroom when our order for our shower wall (from another business) was delayed again. Our contractor had to stop working because the product kept getting delayed. Putting a project on hold is no one's best case scenario. We Googled "tile near me", and Kraftician Design came up. After having driven to San Jose multiple times, we were happy to find a business that was not an hour away. Located in Livermore, this business had what we were looking for and then some! Tom greeted us and asked how he could help us when we came through the door. They have a large selection of various materials for counters, walls, and flooring, including natural and engineered products for indoor and outdoor spaces. Tom has decades of experience and has a great eye for which products go together and explained whether or not a particular product needed which type of maintenance. Truth be told, my husband and I wished we had come here first. Remodeling a bathroom can be stressful. Your home is not entirely comfortable because you have people coming in and out working. Then, with the current pandemic, goods aren't readily available at times. To come into Kraftician and be helped and have the product in-stock meant a great deal. We were so relieved. Several times since we've come home, my husband has said how relieved he is that we have our shower wall selected. Tara was also very helpful. She brought different tiles and colors to us to see, and they both gave us great ideas of what tile went with our existing bathroom tile and cabinetry (we brought in samples). They both also asked what look/style we currently had and what we were looking for with the shower wall (an accent wall, etc.). They had such great ideas for us! When it's time to remodel our kitchen, we've already said that we're coming back! My husband reminded me that we had plans to redo the laundry room and downstairs bathroom one day, as well. I'm already glad that we'll be able to come back! Save yourself the hassle and just come to Kraftician! Tom and Tara will take good care of you!

  Five Stars, AMAZING! Tom & Tara were so wonderful to work with on our new flooring project from the very beginning. They allowed us to take home flooring samples to view with our other hard finishes. We didn't have a contractor lined up so Tom found someone for us to do the demo & flooring install. He oversaw every aspect of the install process & we are so thrilled with how the floors came out! It truly feels like a new house. The attention to detail, transitions from room to room and how efficiently the crew performed the job blew us away. Tom was also so professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Cannot wait to use Kraftician again for our next project.
