The tech that arrived (wish I could remember his name) was thorough, explained the various options, and quoted us prices for each. We appreciated his honest, no-pressure opinions. After making our choice, Barnett's was able to schedule the installation for the next day. Alberto, the tech that did the install, was fantastic! He explained the work he was planning to do, and once completed, he showed us exactly what he had done. He did a beautiful job, and we appreciated his thoroughness. We give Barnett's plumbing 5-stars, and will definitely recommend them to others!

What we thought would be a simple toilet repair quickly turned into a much bigger issue that definitely required real expertise. Our cast iron toilet flange was no longer level with the floor, which meant the toilet couldn’t sit properly or create a proper seal. We got several bids and explored different solutions, but Barnett clearly stood out. They offered the most thoughtful and long-term fix : cutting the flange at the elbow and fully replacing it with a new plastic flange. Along the way, they also discovered additional issues under the house that others had completely missed. In the end, they addressed multiple problems in one visit—and did it all the day before Christmas Eve! We’re incredibly grateful for their thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism. Highly recommend Barnett Plumbing if you want the job done right. We had Alberto, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain every option we had, especially as new issues came up. We truly appreciated his patience and transparency throughout the process.
