- TPTom PApr 9, 20225.0Needed to get my 28 year old system replaced. Rick gave me multiple great options. He is really knowledgeable and personable. I did go with the top end since all the rebates and other discounts put me around the mid range option. There were a few hiccups, like my ducts had holes from rodents, but they were able to design a duct system to maximize my new systems potential as well as work with me on the obvious additional cost. After the duct work there was an issue getting the system back up due to it being a "smart" system and all the sensors. But they got it going, it just took a little longer than expected. Overall a great experience and the install crews were awesome.
