  when we called to make our appointment, We spoke to Devin, not only did he remember us from over 3 years ago, he also started naming some of our more unique features around the house which we really appriciated. He arrived on time and had a major clog cleared and all new pipes under our sink in less than 2 hours, this guy and company are outstanding to work with and have at our fingertips in case of emergencies.

  It turned out it was something really simple and that had just been an issue cause the water had been turned off and turned back onto to install a bidet. We thought it was worse off, but a couple of flushes and it was fine. Since this is the third time I have employed their services, they didn’t charge me.

  I am a repeat customer. Ben Franklin Plumbing has come out to my home four separate times. Pipe repair, Clogs, and assessment.They have reasonable rates, work quick, and are informative.
