  From start to finish, our experience with Preferred Kitchen and Bath was nothing short of extraordinary—truly a five-star, best-in-class renovation journey in every possible way. After the phenomenal job they did renovating our three bathrooms several years ago, we did not hesitate to bring back the same team to transform our first floor. This new project included our kitchen, bar area, family room, laundry room, and a curved staircase—and once again, they exceeded every expectation we had, and then some. Their design vision is simply exceptional. Julie Wu, the incredibly talented owner and designer, brought a level of creativity, sophistication, and thoughtful detail that elevated every space beyond what we imagined possible. Her ability to blend aesthetics with functionality is extraordinary. Suzy, the project manager, was absolutely outstanding—organized, communicative, proactive, and always one step ahead. Patricia, the assistant designer, was equally fantastic, providing the initial planning and supporting the project. What truly sets Preferred Kitchen and Bath apart is their seamless, all-inclusive approach. They provided a single point of contact for everything—design, advice on material and appliance selection, purchasing, plan development, and every phase of construction including demo, electrical, plumbing, installation, painting, and finishing. This level of coordination made the entire process remarkably smooth, stress-free, and efficient. The construction contractor, Jose, and his team of craftsmen were phenomenal—true masters of their trades. Their workmanship was impeccable, their attention to detail was flawless, and their pride in their craft was evident in every inch of our home. Every member of the team was respectful, highly skilled, experienced, prompt, and incredibly receptive to our questions and input. They worked with precision, care, and efficiency at all times. Even more impressive was their ability to adapt gracefully to any unforeseen circumstances and changes along the way. Challenges were handled with professionalism, creativity, and speed, without ever compromising quality or the timeline. Speaking of timeline—they finished on time, exactly as promised, which is almost unheard of in major renovation projects. At the end of the project, they even provided a full cleanup crew, leaving our home spotless and ready to host a large family Thanksgiving dinner. The value that Preferred Kitchen and Bath delivers is simply outstanding. The cost was completely aligned with the exceptional quality of their design, craftsmanship, services, and overall experience.   Preferred Kitchen and Bath recently completed a remodel of a bathroom at our house in Anaheim. The quality of the work is first rate, and Suzy was easy to work with. She had many ideas to enhance our project, and made sure that the project remained on schedule, and also was good about communication regarding the project. We are pleased with our experience and results with PKB, in fact we have begun the discussion about a kitchen remodel.

  We went to Preferred Kitchen & Bath to help us finish our master bath project after our original contractor disappeared. Preferred was kind enough to take on the challenge. The results are wonderful and Preferred was wonderful. Very easy to work with and helpful in any and every way. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to all.
