  I can't begin to express our gratitude to Preferred Kitchen & Bath regarding our gorgeous bathroom and laundry room remodel. We met with half a dozen companies when selecting a contractor, and after our meeting at our home with Patricia, one of the lovely design coordinators, we felt that PK&B best understood our vision and budget. Suzy, our assigned designer, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to all of our ideas and preferences. Thanks to her thoughtful approach and her precise attention to detail, and Jose and his fabulous crew, we now have a new bathroom and laundry room that are not only functional but absolutely stunning. Throughout the process, we encountered a few unexpected surprises due to the age and unique history of our home; however, Suzy handled every twist with patience and flexibility, quickly reworking the design to fit our new needs. The end result was a beautifully remodeled space that far exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was Suzy’s patience and responsiveness. Any time I had a concern, she addressed it immediately and thoughtfully. She gave us the pros and cons of every option and made sure we felt confident in every decision, never pushing us in one direction or another. She was consistently punctual, communicative, and kept us informed on the timeline throughout the project. It was truly a pleasure to work with Suzy, and we would love to work with her and Preferred Kitchen & Bath again on any future projects.

  From the excellent design recommendations to the outstanding execution by all the trades, it’s been a great experience. Hard to find anything to criticize. Absolutely love our new kitchen! Special recognition to Suzy for the design guidance, and outstanding responsiveness to all questions and concerns. Also to all the crews doing the work – from demo to electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinet install and final detail work – all the crews were very neat, hard working and skilled. Never had a better experience. Enthusiastically recommend.

  When we decided to completely remodeled the kitchen and do some other work on a house we just bought, we were told by many to be ready for a lengthy, tedious, very stressful process which will eat up all of our free time. Dear Lea and Jose, Thank you so much for proving everything we were told wrong. You gave us the most beautiful, elegant and functional kitchen and you did it on schedule and on the budget. It became the center of all family gatherings and we just can't stop marveling at the awesome job done by the whole preferred kitchen and bath crew. I am very grateful to Lea for her amazing island design, it made the whole space look so much more beautiful. Thanks to the efforts Lea, Jose and the crew put into our house; new floors, updated bathrooms, electrical system, remodeled garage and many more other projects throughout the house, we are thoroughly enjoying our new home. The whole crew is highly committed to your satisfaction, very professional, and always focus on quality of work. I especially would like to mention the ongoing communication during the project. All my emails, texts and phone calls were answered right away. Ongoing feedback on the state of the project was provided regularly. Every detail is discussed, communicated and addressed in a timely manner. They didn't just remodel our home; they took care of it and took care of us. Many times, crew has gone above and beyond their responsibilities, helping out with random deliveries, moving heavy stuff around. There is no job Jose's team can't do and they will do it till you absolutely and fully satisfy with the result. I am looking forward to our next project together, master bath is calling :-).
