The technician at Alicia was very clear in terms of the problem. His analysis was clear as was his solutions to resolving the problem. Two day later the same technician came, did the necessary repairs, and I now have a warm and cozy home. I give the highest praise to both Alicia Air and their excellent technician. And in addition to recommending Alicia to friends and family, I expect to be using Alicia if further problems develop with either my furnace or central air conditioning system.
