After waiting 4 hours for a call back and hearing nothing, I called Alicia Air. Not only did a friendly person answer the phone instead of an answering machine, but I was also able to schedule a service call for the same day. Bryan arrived when expected and quickly diagnosed the problem and got my heater working again. He also showed me how to access the advanced settings on my thermostat in case it happens again and went through how to do the reprogramming myself. As an added bonus, he replaced the furnace filter while he was in my attic. The price was reasonable for the excellent service I received. Next time I will call Alicia Air first for any heating or a/c problems.
