- SJSHAWNA JIMENEZJul 22, 20255.0I was having issues with the company my home warranty sent out to repair my air conditioner. They basically put a band-aid on my unit, and 2 days later, it broke again. They wanted to come out again and charge me a grip to put another band-aid on it. I called Alex with 72 Degrees HVAC and he sent Eduardo out the next day. Eduardo assessed the situation and told me the best solution would be to replace the unit. I agreed, and Alex immediately ordered a new unit. His crew was out within a couple of days and not only installed the new unit but also cleaned out the AC drain lines and adjusted the ductwork for better efficiency. His crew was on time, polite, and neat. I would highly recommend Alex and his crew at 72 Degrees HVAC!
