  I was having issues with the company my home warranty sent out to repair my air conditioner. They basically put a band-aid on my unit, and 2 days later, it broke again. They wanted to come out again and charge me a grip to put another band-aid on it. I called Alex with 72 Degrees HVAC and he sent Eduardo out the next day. Eduardo assessed the situation and told me the best solution would be to replace the unit. I agreed, and Alex immediately ordered a new unit. His crew was out within a couple of days and not only installed the new unit but also cleaned out the AC drain lines and adjusted the ductwork for better efficiency. His crew was on time, polite, and neat. I would highly recommend Alex and his crew at 72 Degrees HVAC!

  Alex did an awesome job designing my dual zone custom system. The system is really quite and cools my house with no problem at all in the summer and keeps it plenty warm in the summer. The smart design allows me to run only the zone I want when I want to. Highly recommend 72 degrees for all your AC needs.

  Highly recommended!! Great work and professional. Alex and his crew came to my house and explained how the HVAC system works. They also fixed issue with air problems in two of the bedrooms. Really satisfied with their work. Thank you Alex. Today (08/26/2025), I called Alex to check on my AC since was not blowing cool air. It was a hot day. He sent someone on the same day to check it out. It turned out that I had a leak. The person was very professional and patience since finding a leak was not easy. The person finally found and fix it. They filled the Freon back and I am now back on business. The AC is now blowing cool air and seems to be better than I could remember. Thank you very much Alex for the quick response and help in getting my AC working again, especially in this hot summer time.

  Very happy with their service. They Came out and diagnosed the issue with my A/C Quickly. Saved me a lot of $. They were Right on time which is something I appreciate. What I appreciate even more is they made a simple repair and saved me a lot of $ compared to having to purchase a new system. This company is great and doesn’t try to sell you something you absolutely don’t need. I highly recommend AAA+++ Found a company i can trust. just like a good mechanic is hard to find, I’m glad i found them. Aside from doing the repairs needed, being on time and saving us money. They took initiative and did some small things needed to make my two separate ac units run more efficiently. Wrapping all of the copper tubing with rubber heavy duty insulation. (Not the cheap foam) checking for leaks, and unbending the coils the previous owners kids may have bent. Basically tuned up my system. Conclusion: obviously i like this company and highly recommend. Quality workmanship, Cost of repairs very reasonable prices , honesty, can definitely trust them. I feel the quality of the work done provided great value and will actually save me money down the road.

  I want to thank Alex and team for promptly presenting a very fair economic proposal for our 2 town house project and even more importantly providing installation services in a timely manner to meet our building permit requirements. In fact their deep installation and building code experience helped to coach us in presenting a revised location to the city for the HVAC unit placement that more easily met required standards.
