  Taking down that old commercial unit was a huge job. Their A/C system dismantlement team brought in a crane and handled everything safely without damaging the roof.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an overpriced scam. We paid the price of a small car for our AC unit to be repaired and all the bells and whistles update back in the September timeframe - with the guise it would get us a couple more years. We’ve used it a small handful of times since and of course, 5 months later, when I try to turn it on, it’s now broken - full new unit needed entirely - a whopping $25-$40k. Who is paying $40k for an AC for a house? Not to mention the last time the thermostat broke and I was quoted $800 for the unit plus cost of services…. I can install that myself for 1/3 the price - and have a nice system. Do they come out to service quickly? Yes. Are their people nice? Yes. But the price gouging is insane and I feel bamboozeled

  We just had the HVAC tech out on our older vacation home we purchased a year ago…he was proactively replacing a couple of parts on the older furnace but also mentioned the lack of a water shut-off switch to the AC which could cause a flood in the attic. “Shane” was super professional and patiently explained why it was needed…I’m in for anything to prevent water damage - especially for a part-time residence. I’ve been impressed with the service and thoroughness of the company and especially the technicians.

  ​Used Andrus Plumbing & Heating to install a water softener. The water quality here is so hard, and this has saved our appliances. The install was clean and the unit works great.

  ​The tech was really patient explaining the thermostat to my elderly mom. He didn't rush off and made sure she understood how to use the heating system. Really appreciated that personal touch.
