- JDJ to the DJan 30, 20261.0Unprofessional, Negligent, and a Major Security Risk If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was contracted to do work in my unit while I was away on vacation, and I returned home at 11:30 PM to an absolute nightmare. First and most importantly: They left my 14th-floor glass patio door wide open. Leaving a high-rise apartment unsecured and exposed to the elements while a resident is out of town is gross negligence. To make matters worse, the unit was covered in "pipe muck." There was sludge under my sinks, on the counters, and even sprayed across my dishwasher. I also had to pass a carpet cleaner over a rust stain 25 times just to save my flooring. I spent the first three hours of my return scrubbing filth instead of unpacking. Zero respect for property or safety.
