    At 5:50 pm someone came into the plumbing aisle and told us we have to hurry up because they are closing in 10 minutes, I went straight to the register. I was waiting there for more than 10 minutes to check me out with only one open register and five people standing around

    This location deserves Zero Star, your manager (Frank I think) in this location has zero customer service skills. I just stopped by to buy an Item and you guys had one item and the box is open. I asked the casher if we can get a discount so the casher asked a manager if we can get a discount. The manager replied and I quoted “ are you buying the box or the product in the box” really is this how you guys talk to your customers! No respect at all.

    So sorry to see this store will be closing Dec. 31 :-( I live very close, can walk there in 5 minutes. I've been getting my hardware and supplies here for more than 10 years. The people who work here know their stuff and are always willing to help. Now I will have to drive to Lemon Grove or El Cajon and shop at The Home Depot where the employees are grumpy and have no idea what they are selling.

    To start the website sucks big time it’s as if it was created by someone who was just learning how to make websites, the service is just as bad in store, the prices are inflated for the exact items you find at Home Depot, I could go on but you get the picture. They suck big time.
