  The plumber who showed up was nice and pleasant. He looked at the leak in my bathtub and quoted me $765 he said it needed a complete rebuild. I thought it was just a washer. He said the parts were $150. So labor would be $615. I asked how long to fix he said he could have it done in one hour. That’s $10.15 a minute. I passed and figured I could do it myself. The part was $35 I brought 2 the person at Home Depot recommended doing both at the same time. No rebuild that he figured out by looking at it for 30 seconds. Had to buy a special wrench $29 and me with no plumbing experience saw the old part was cracked, replaced the hot water side did the cold too, took me 45 minutes. Coast me $95. Not sure how there prices work but I would definitely get a second before you use them.

  The team responded quickly to the initial problem but couldn’t fix it until “tomorrow”. I was quoted an “investigation price” which I expected to be folded into the repair price. It was not, and that surprised me when the final bill came. But the repair was done well, the team was professional and courteous, and we resolved our price issues. I would use them again but make sure there is complete clarity on price up front.

  This was the most painless experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. A-1 was able to give a quick window to have someone come out and clear the blockage between my house and the mainline. Our technician Jackie arrived early in the window and was very helpful and professional. He was able to effectively clear the blockage and then was on his way to save another family from plumbing nightmares. I was astonished at how reasonably priced my problem was solved despite the fast turnaround time on a weekend I’m glad I have Jackie’s card, next time I’ll save myself hours and spending almost as much money on various DIY attempts and just call him first.

  The worst experience possible I do not recommend this company as they came out to my complex today to help one of my elderly disabled tenants that needed some help, And I as a manager wanted to take care of the situation, but they insisted on charging her $75 for driving out and doing nothing. The technicians were very rude and training in customer service. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever use them. I hope this reaches consumers before they take it down.
