horrible sales people!!! I went your the home and a sales person approached me and tried to sell me the home without touring it so basically ali said i left my check book in the car, I got in and drove away fast. Get better sales people there !!!!!

I recently stopped by to tour the model homes, and this was my first visiting a Richmond American community. All three layouts were open, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I had the chance to speak with Lawrence in the sales office. He is awesome! He took the time to explain how Richmond American homes are built and walked me through the homebuying process in detail. This community is in a rapidly growing area and can’t wait to see it completed.

Drive within the vicinity of the new home sites especially the back end of the road (Canal and Opal Street) before making any home-buying decision, a track that looks like a railroad track is within a few meters from the back of the home sites.
