I worked with Nikki to put together a set of windows for a job and she has been a pleasure to work with. Besides supplying windows, Banks also installs and services windows and doors. They service both commercial and residential clients. They are contractor friendly and a go-to supplier.

Less than 10 minutes later I was leaving with a custom cut length of the glazing bead and a can of glass cleaner, all given to me on the house. The shop manager, Ryan, provided some of the best customer service I have ever received, sending me on my way with a simple, “keep us in mind!” Banks Glass clearly empowers their employees to give amazing experiences like mine, and they have earned another loyal customer.
