It was my first time buying a home and starting with Mike in the Sales office, he was so amazing and helpful and then working with Cindy at Universal Lending made it also the smoothest on that side. Everyone complains and says how stressful buying a home is but this process with these people made it very easy! Construction Experience: Pam with the home warranty and then Renee were extremely helpful and caring! Love working with them. The homes themselves were in such clean and great condition as well, the home inspector I used was very pleased as well with this new build.

I can understand the landscaping only having a 30 day warranty, but the sprinkler system not being covered past 30 days, I have already had to replace 2 sprinkler valves as they were not installed correctly.

Then the level of care and attention we have received from the Risewell personnel in this neighborhood has been so good. The walk throughs, the follow through, timeliness, work done....it's all be truly great. I cannot say that we've had anything negative at this point. Sales Experience: Jessica was great. Super accommodating, very responsive and easy to work with. We would most certainly do business with her again. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: They were very thorough, they didn't rush us and were very patient. They found things we didn't see and took care of them!
