  I am very impressed with the professionalism of the team at Zoom Drain from start to finish. I received quotes from their competitors. Zoom Drain arrived when they said they would, provided me with a complete quote including a description of services and followed up on it. Scheduling my service was a breeze. They called me and texted to tell me when my agent would arrive and he did. He had my problem solved much faster than I thought possible. Miguel was a pro's pro. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Fatima and Ian in the office operated in the same fashion which tells me that they have a positive and consistent company culture. Well done Zoom Drain and thank you Miguel for a job very well done!

  Miguel was helpful. However he was not equipped with proper tools I had same issue before and resolved it by a company that had a powerful hydrogen not a small one that I could rent at Home Depot myself !

  Ian was recommended to me by my plumber as I was in need of having my kitchen line hydrojetted. Ian gave me a quote for the work done, but he was able to finish the job quickly and adjusted my quote for a few bucks off- I appreciate his efficiency but more importantly his honesty. Will 100% use Zoom in the future.

  Extremely disappointed — this company flooded my home and has failed to resolve the damage for months. Zoom Drain was hired and paid upfront to perform plumbing services at my property before Thanksgiving. During their work, they left the water on, which caused severe flooding throughout the home and destroyed my newly installed flooring. No one else was present but Zoom workers. The home was vacant and rent-ready prior to this incident. Initially, Zoom Drain refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. Responsibility was only acknowledged later, after we were forced to stand our ground. This was an extremely stressful and pressured situation that should never happen to a customer whose home has just been damaged by a contractor’s negligence. Zoom Drain selected the flooring company for remediation. That company came once to inspect and take samples. Since then, we have experienced weeks of delays, missed follow-ups, “next week” promises, no samples delivered, days with no response, and absolutely no progress. As of the end of January, we still do not have our flooring replaced. Because of this failure to remediate, I cannot show the home, have had to pull all rental advertisements, and am continuing to suffer loss of rental income. I have repeatedly requested insurance information, a claims contact, and a clear timeline. None have been provided. Calls and messages often go unanswered. I have sent multiple written notices, including a detailed letter dated December 10 outlining the events, followed by a formal final demand letter. These have largely been ignored. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the California State License Board (CSLB) and pursuing all other available remedies. No homeowner should have to chase a plumbing company for months after their negligence causes major property damage. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. Leaving a customer with a damaged, uninhabitable home for months without resolution is unacceptable. This review will be updated once Zoom Drain takes full responsibility and the damage is properly remediated.

  They accommodated me with a quick turnaround for an appointment completed the job in short order at a reasonable rate I recommend them again.
