Both Rob and Rob were superior in their efforts to make this happen in one day and with NO Suprises. They worked tirelessly in our stifling attic on a very hot day to get the job done. - RWRyan WAug 10, 20122.0I really had a bad experience with Kemniz Air. I wish they would have been upfront and honest in their claim to time with me. I was told that I was going to have a 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. appointment, so I took the afternoon off to make sure I could see the technician. I get a call at 3:25 p.m. telling me that the technician was coming in from Orange and that Paul would be a few minutes late. I explained that I needed to pick up my 5 and 2 year old and that if he was here before I got back, just to wait for me. It is not 4:40 and no technician. I called to see how much longer, the receptionist could not reach Paul. So I cancelled my appointment and will be looking for some other company to take care of my air conditioning needs. I understand that things come up, but I expect that when I am told something that it would happen. I felt that I was being understandable when I said that I would be willing to still see them after 4 p.m. Horrible customer service
