The unit itself has had ongoing issues year after year, customer service, especially a woman named Kylie refused to do anything to help. In fact, she suggested going online and doing it ourselves, suggesting the customer would have a better chance at getting things done than the company. Overall, they are unprofessional and sell shoddy products. I would never recommend.
