From the initial contact, all aspects were handled by Text. Horacio arrived punctually, presented us with comprehensive options, provided a reasonable quote, and emailed it along with detailed insurance coverage, contractors’ contact information, and an option to accept the quote via text message. Geanette promptly scheduled an installation date. Demain efficiently removed the old, cracked skylight and installed the new Solatube Skylight within an hour, significantly enhancing the room’s brightness. I highly recommend Solatube. I particularly appreciated the convenience of handling all transactions on my cell phone. It was a pleasure working with their team.

They checked multiple times to confirm our placement choices from the sales rep. To project supervisor, to installers all were very thorough and professional. Answered all of our questions. We like that there were multiple options for lighting colors and that there is a dimmer option. We highly recommend using the company Solatube and the solar tube product. (No photo included due to privacy and clutter issues☺️)

Damien even reattched the HVAC exhaust line that was detached up in the attic where he was working, not his job but he did it. Very professional, and wore booties inside the house which made the wife happy!!!
