- MWMichael WagnerFeb 5, 20261.0We have used Ferguson outfit three homes. They are more expensive but always told that they would stand behind any issues. WRONG! We shipped appliances directly to our new build, and showed up two months later only to find that our new Bosch refrigerator finish was completely ruined and looks horrible. We have been told numerous times that they will not do anything due to it being over 30 days old . Completely unacceptable. Now we have a $2500 refrigerator that’s garbage. The stainless is completely ruined from the protective plastic, it was wrapped in. Their excuse was that they are only a third-party seller and it’s out of their control. They told us to contact manufacture which we did and they won’t do anything. Do yourself a favor save hundreds of dollars and buy from Costco or direct from manufacture. We will never buy another thing from Ferguson. What a horrible experience.. not to mention a complete waste of time with them, reaching out to us multiple times to correct the problem only to tell us that they wouldn’t do anything. Completely disrespectful.
