We had been shopping around everywhere trying to find a fair price for a toilet, but honestly, most places just brushed us off and didn’t take the time to help us. It was really frustrating. Then we met Mario. He was patient genuinely cared about helping us find the best option at a price that worked for us. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel valued as customers, which is rare these days. Because of the excellent service we received, my husband and I have decided that when we move forward with remodeling our home, we’ll definitely be coming back to Mario. His customer service and willingness to help truly made a lasting impression on us. Highly recommend asking for Mario if you want someone who actually listens and goes the extra mile!
