To top things off they are selling homes with solar companies that filed bankruptcy and then claim they can’t do anything about it. They will say whatever to sell you the home and then act clueless when needing help after purchasing the home. I have plenty of neighbors who feel the same and debating of filing a civil claim and will be reporting to state.
