Lucas was here with the heater at a competitive price before 10:00 AM. He had us up and running in no time. He was friendly, tidy, clean and efficient. Thanks guys!
- DDDiane DewApr 8, 20265.0I had gotten an estimate on replacing our old water heater 15 months ago from Water Heaters Only. At the time, they advised me to just wait until the water heater failed (2 other companies that gave me higher estimates were eager to replace it right away). The little alarm in the drain pan under the water heater went off at 4:30 AM. I called Water Heaters Only at 5 AM, expecting to just leave a message. A live person answered and took my details and told me that the plumbers start at 7 AM so they would call me after that. They called at 6:45 AM to say they could come out today between 1-5 PM. Another call at 10:00 AM offered to come sooner, which I was happy to accept. Sean Lee came soon after, installed the new water heater without problems, including upgrading the fittings, etc. And they charged me the exact amount they had estimated 15 months prior (I was expecting that the cost would have gone up, since the estimate was only guaranteed for 6 months). We were back with working hot water at 2:30 PM, which I consider a miracle. I would definitely recommend them!

The American Standard water heater he installed was masterfully done. Kind of looks like a work of art. Hopefully I'll be as impressed with the water heater as much as I am with the person who installed it.
