Chris Z was the technician, and he did an amazing job. I received a text notification when he was dispatched and was able to track his arrival in real time. He also called to let me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Once on site, Chris inspected the water heater, provided a clear estimate, and patiently answered all of my questions. After I approved the pricing, he immediately got to work. The old water heater was removed and the new one installed within two hours. Chris was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home and pets. I would 100% recommend Chris Z and Water Heaters Only.
