He is professional and courteous, and he got the job done within 2 hours, here was the scope of work: Remove and install the water heater with new hot and cold water flex lines, insulation wrap, bonding clamps/wire, horizontal wall blocks, and earthquake strap unit to code. Install 5 feet of T&P line, and reattach the existing venting. Modify hot and cold, replace broken shutoff valve. His work is impeccable, and he has the patience to clearly explain how to safely operate this unit. A well-deserved 5-star review :)
