He arrived in a van with samples of the various materials and the knowledge to make a quick and accurate assessment of repair work needed prior to installation. There was zero hard sell but focused listening and responsive and detailed information. The tech/installer was excellent as well. As a former finish carpenter I have a sharp eye. Tom, a 9 year veteran of the company, was fast, efficient, accurate and very tolerant of my questions. The installation was perfect and the result beyond expectations.

He also installed a new Chamberlain-compatible garage keypad outside the garage, along with the power adapter kit needed to make it work perfectly.
