I was told that Hayward and Vacaville are the only "open" showrooms. Well, its 11am on Wednesday and the Hayward showroom is also closed after another 45 min drive. These guys have no integrity (to their open hours) or empathy for their customers who try to shop with them. Keep away.

He didn't seem to quite know what was the root cause of the issue but charged me the standard labor rate and ensured me that if anything was still wrong, it was covered by the 30 day labor warranty. Made some adjustments to the garage door and lubricated the wheels and the issue seemed fix, until a few days later the issue came back. They suspected a part in the garage door opener might need to be replaced. I get the part from List Master, and ask if they can install it under labor warranty. They say "no" and would have to charge me full price for labor, even though it's been less than 30 days. TLDR: Their 30 day labor warranty is BS. I paid them over $200 for them to not fix my garage door.
