Israel came out the same day fixed one of the leaks that we had and then came back the next day, as early as possible, and worked diligently to finish up the final leak closure. This was greatly appreciated as I was recovering from surgery and my wife and my daughter live with me and we needed to be able to take warm showers as well as keep the house warm during the winter.
