While the technicians who do the work have been very good (2 stars are for the technicians), BlueSky's office and reception have been a nightmare to work with. They are extremely irresponsive and there is no sort of communication about the next steps and what should the residents expect. We are in the middle of restoration and I cannot wait for the restoration work to be done! This way I don't have to deal with the BlueSky office which in itself has become a part-time job for me! :( If you plan to engage with BlueSky in the future, do it at your own risk! You might have to wait forever for the work to be completed.

Josh was very fast in responding to emails and following up with estimates and scheduling. Jose came to our home to test for an upstairs unit leak and he didn't give up until he found it. I am impressed by his professionalism and communication skills. He even called me to check on the leak status and to schedule the drywall repair. The guys they sent to patch the hole in our ceiling, went above and beyond. They did a good job with the texture and paint. I am impressed by the overall experience and each employee said they loved working for BluSky and it really showed. I would not hesitate to use them again!
