  Ruben has been servicing our furnace for many years now. He's friendly, efficient and he wears his booties when he comes. I've had other technicians who did not wear booties to cover their shoes.

  Our review pertains to your technician Willaim G. We would like him to be acknowledged for his professionalism, kindness and knowledge. He definitely went above and beyond assisting us with questions, fixing afew things that needed to be fix (air flow in bedrooms). William explained in detail exact issues with our HVAC unit to which we will be purchasing a new one soon. We will ask for him in person to continue with future visits.   Very disappointed in how this whole process has gone. My experience with them starts before mid-December 2025. In a few more days, it will be march and I'm still not squared away with the service they were to provide. Communication has been very fragmented and I've spent too much time and energy following up with Bell Brothers to make any type of progress. I regret even choosing this company. Buyers beware when choosing this company. Too much time has passed since everything began and this is just unacceptable by anyone's standards especially when the job was to install two separate direct vent wall mounted heating units. This shouldn't take months to get to the finish line. I have attached photos. I've gone through the winter with the units mounted onto a wall that isn't closed up. You can only imagine how inefficient my heating has been as a result. Some major cutouts to the walls were due to miscommunication within their own teams. Had the job been communicated better, a lot of this would have been avoided. I just want my walls fixed and the job completed and pass inspections so that I can walk away from ever dealing with this company ever again.

  Our technician was very honest and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and noticed problem by us. He investigated the problem, took pictures and discussed his findings. He also provided some possible solutions. He was genuine pushy and left any solutions to be our decision. I felt very comfortable with this technician.

  I've had Bell Bros here to do electrical work and more recently plumbing and I have been impressed with their friendliness, respect, and knowledge. They explain everything thing that they're doing and with great patience answers any and all questions. They're pricing has been very fair. I would, and have recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Bell Bros!!
