  Brian responded within two hours of my calling Bell Bros to fix my furnace that broke on the coldest day of the year. He quickly discovered the problem (bad fan motor) and gave me the options to repair or replace the system, and then helped me get my gas fireplace inserts back online (we hadn't used them in 12 years) to get some heat back into the house. Truly outstanding service !!!

  Excellent experience with Brian. The only problem I had was a missed appointment where I had to sit for five hours fruitlessly waiting. The miss was due to a dispatch error. I was able to deduce that the AI dispatch needs signifincat training to make service rep assignment make geographical sense. Bian was directed to go from Hayward to a distant locale near me, back to Hayward, and finally to me! That makes no sense. Brian was awesome, despite being very tired and hungry. He stayed with us working and explaining our furnace/AC's issues and tradeoffs in repair strategy. As long as Bell Bros improves their arrival efficacy and provide human backup to the AI, I will return to Bell Bros.

  Eric was courteous, on time and kept me in the loop on everything he did. Fine job and very happy with the service to repair and replace our plumbing needs; bathtub shower valve and spout. Dealt with the challenges and knew exactly how to meet every customer expectation. Done in less than three hours after just a days notice. I will definitely refer others to this service and will use Bell Bros again in the future.

  Kyle was prompt, friendly, and professional. He inspected our heating system, explained what he found, and answered our questions. Eric inspected our water heater and explained that the minor problem we were having were a sign that it was nearing the end of its useful life. He gave us an option for repairing it but that didn't seem like a good idea. He recommended a replacement, drove to two different dealers to locate it, removed our old one and installed the new one. He also explained the updated codes that affected the installation. Excellent service!

  Many years ago I found a good company which installed a Trane gas furnace which replaced an older heating unit that finally gave up after 30+ years of service. That company is now gone and Bell Brothers, Hayward took over where the other retired. After a valiant effort by Bell Brothers to repair the Trane which was over 25 years old, it was decided to replace the unit with a new 2025 Lennox. Many parts for the Trane were no longer available and - as these units go - it was time for change. The new Lennox is even more efficient, quieter and Bell Brothers did some slight modifications to make it fit right in to the old ducting and saved money in doing so. It was decided that I would extend the warranty and the “In home” yearly service to my wishes and all is working well and giving me great peace of mind. Thank you Bell Brothers for taking care of my special needs in a professional and creative manner. It will be a great advantage to work with you in the future. M & R - Oakland, CA.
