    They had what I needed for the job, (gas power washer), and at a decent price. All the staff that I worked with were friendly and helpful. Will rent here again.

    Even though we had a small misunderstanding at the beginning, manager went above and beyond to help me. Thanks to his support, I was able to resolve a sewer issue that a plumber quoted for $36,000. I cannot thank enough for his help.

    Would not recommend renting from this location. Employee damaged my truck when loading. Manager was unprofessional and rude when handling the process. Did not accept responsibility and blamed my brother because he helped the employee. The employee was the one that instructed my brother to help load the tool into the truck because he was not fork lift certified. I have had better customer service at other locations.

    Manager did not adequately staff his location. arrived to pick up equipment and they did not have anyone forklift certified to lift their equipment into our vehicle. They tried to roll it up into our vehicle and caused damage to the vehicle. Manager refuses to claim responsibility for the damage or lack of qualified personnel at the time of loading.
