Serviceman was friendly and kept me well informed. I had water again by mid-day. I am happy with their service, will call again if I am in need.

They came in and not only replaced a drain but they also recommended using parts that would work better and have a better result long term. Not only did they fix the issue but they cleared out the drain to ensure it worked properly and also cleared out another drain that was nearby that may cause an issue. The team was professional, quick, and responsive. I highly recommend A-1 All Star.

Most recently, I required a hot water heater replacement. I listened as the plumber tried to locate parts to repair the existing water heater, which was unsuccessful. The appliance that was installed was premium quality with a five year warranty.

He was very friendly, communicated well, was very knowledgeable, and explained every cost and step we needed to take. He climbed under our house in the crawl space to evaluate the issue, showed us pictures of the need, and was able to use his auto-snake machine to get the clog out. Additionally, he replaced our shut-off valves that no longer worked. His supervisor also came to give us quotes on other piping issues. Overall, both men were incredibly professional, did honest work for the price, and we would hire them again! We paid $345 for the hour of work unclogging our sink etc. plus an additional $120 to replace our valves. I recognize plumbing work is expensive, so this felt fair, and the work done was high quality.
