  I had assumed it would be as week or more before I could set up an appointment, they were able to come within 48 hours of my call. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend using Precision Electric for any of your electrical needs, big or small.

  A real person answered my call! She was knowledgeable, understood the problem and scheduled a service technician for the next day. Technician arrived early (called to verify time) and had the correct part to get us up and running in apx 30 minutes

  Cody, of Precision Electric, performed maintenance on our Generac Guardian 24kW generator. He arrived on time, got right to work reviewing equipment status, error messages, etc., and confirmed a failing ignition battery. He was able to replace it on the spot and then completed all the typical annual maintenance checks and oil change. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. This is the second time engaging Precision Electric for this service and I am quite satisfied. Happy to recommend them for the same to anyone.
