  I cannot say enough good things about Premier and the install team. We had roughly 1200 square feet of engineered hardwood installed in our home. Cindy worked with us to provided a straightforward, transparent, and competitive quote. From estimate to installation everything was seamless. As new homeowners undertaking a project such as this was stressful, but Premier and the install team did everything in their power to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. I want to give a special shoutout to Jamie, Jason and their boss Avary who took charge on our floor install. They are skilled, hard workers, with genuinely great attitudes. They were respectful of our home, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond (such as installing new baseboard in our bathroom even though that was not part of the job.) I would 1000% use them again and will specifically request them when we move forward on recarpeting our bedrooms. I encourage anyone who is looking for new floors to check out Premier, and if you're lucky you'll get Avary, Jamie and Jason on your job.

  Premier removed the carpet and installed wood flooring in our living room, den and three bedrooms. Their flooring selection was excellent and Denise was very helpful throughout the selection process and kept us up to date prior to the start of the install. The install crew (sorry don’t recall their names) was excellent throughout the carpet removal and flooring install. They were able to match the height of the flooring to existing tile flooring in six different places without using t-mouldings at the transitions. Also, there were several angled transitions and the fitting they did to match the angles was exceptional. They demonstrated their craftsmanship and professionalism throughout the job. And even finished is less time than was estimated originally.
