  I worked with Emily at A Door Store for a large order of interior doors all by phone and email. She was great about answering all of my questions, showing me examples of different doors and types of wood. Plus, she was always very prompt, professional and kind. We just had our large batch of beautiful doors delivered. The delivery team was polite and quick too. Thanks to Emily and A Door Store!

  When I called this business to find out about having a new front door installed as well as purchasing an approximate $2000 front door, the woman on the phone did not seem to have time for me. She complained to me about having to fire people and not being able to hire any good ones. She told me to send her a photo of the picture of the door I wanted if I was still interested. She could not give me an approximate number of months it would take before they could get to my job either. You know you can buy a front door anywhere but you can’t buy a good service just anywhere. Lesson learned.
