She was great about answering all of my questions, showing me examples of different doors and types of wood. Plus, she was always very prompt, professional and kind. A thousand dollar door and they didn’t even put the screw covers on the window let alone the was a retro fit door after them mortise the door was very expensive to cut corners on small details

She complained to me about having to fire people and not being able to hire any good ones. She told me to send her a photo of the picture of the door I wanted if I was still interested. She could not give me an approximate number of months it would take before they could get to my job either. You know you can buy a front door anywhere but you can’t buy a good service just anywhere. Lesson learned.
