He promptly and reasonably quoted us and within 2 days was on the job cleaning up and pressure washing our stores highly trafficked walkways and sidewalks. He removed 3 years of gunk in a heartbeat. Plus a big plus there was so much leaves and ash on my roof he couldn't blow it with the blower so he used a rake and bagged over 150 pounds of leaves an awesome job.
