She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She knows my area and remembered features that other people in my area ordered. She provided relevant advice, answered all my questions and provided advice on the colors of the shed and trim. The whole experience went smoothly and she never tried to talk me into something I didn't want. If you want a Tuffshed, I recommend you talk to Stephanie.

They were very responsive and kept me up to date during the process, which was amazingly fast. The installers were very professional and amazing how experienced and quick they installed my work shed. I could not be happier with the finished product . This shed Is all 2x4 framing and a steel reinforced door, double pane windows. High quality and very tuff!

After asking several questions to which Chris answered, I told him I would like to think about my different options. I like that he accepted that and didn't get pushy. Days later I contacted him via email and ordered my shed. He led me through the process of choosing colors, shelving, placement of door, etc. all through emails...the reason being was that I was out of town for three weeks. After returning home, setting up an appointment and signing the contract went smoothly. Chris was always very prompt with reponses; he genuinely wanted my experience with Tuff Shed to be a positive one. I would also like to add that the crew Chris sent were professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job. I love my Tuff Shed!!!
