  Kenny is a super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient technician. He came out to give us a quote on an installation of an EV charger, electric dryer outlet and to upgrade our electrical panel. He took his time to look thoroughly see all the parts of the current electrical system and was able to give an estimate immediately. He answered all of our questions and was even able to give us various estimates based on the level of work we want done. I look forward to working with him!

  I received an Electrical inspection a week ago, and I was very impressed with the service. Dennis was very polite, and thoroughly checked all my sockets and switches. When checking the panel inside my home, Dennis noticed a few wires that were melting due to bad bar in the panel. This issue did leave me a bit worried as he showed me the problem. Dennis recommended the panel to be upgraded. I’ve had previous electricians from other companies recommend it, but Dennis really impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. I knew I had the right guy for the job. He took his time the day of the install to make the panel look outstanding.

  Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning and the technician who showed up couldn’t even move the stackable washer/dryer to access the vent. I tried helping him move it myself, but he still couldn’t get it done. Instead of resolving the issue, he told me they would need to reschedule and come back with another person. Fine — things happen. But here’s where it gets ridiculous. The rescheduled day came and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. When I called the company to ask what happened, they told me that moving the unit is something they “don’t do.” So let me get this straight: you reschedule me for a service that you apparently never intended or were able to perform in the first place? Why reschedule at all if your company policy is that you don’t move the appliance needed to access the vent? This company wasted my time twice, failed to communicate, and then contradicted their own technician. If a business can’t even coordinate something this basic or stand behind what their own employee told a customer, that’s a major red flag. I would strongly recommend going with a company that is actually prepared to do the job they schedule.

  Tristan with Accurate was a pleasure to work with. No one likes the inconvenience of home repairs and working with service companies especially when you are waiting around for a technician that is expected to arrive in a very large time window. Accurate was not that way. We called this morning for a repair and were told 12-4 that day, however as the time got closer, we were then given an even narrower window of 12-2 which was so nice to know I didn't need to be available for hours on end. Tristan arrived within that time frame and was very pleasant from the get go. He got right to it, found the cause of the issue and got it fixed within a timely manner, thankfully it wasn't a major repair. I would recommend Accurate.

  Extremely happy with the service and professionalism provided by Kenny from Accurate Electric! We had issues with a room losing power and not coming on despite switching the circuit breakers. Kenny came by on time as scheduled, with a 30 minute heads-up, and quickly walked through diagnosing the problem, identifying it, and fixing it - all the while answering questions, explaining what he was doing, and enthusiastically describing how everything works and how to avoid/detect future issues. He came by again today to perform a circuit breaker refurbish, again - on time with advanced notice, great friendly attitude and even took a look at an outlet we were concerned with afterwards! Thanks so much Kenny and Accurate Electric!!
