  Fantastic Rooter lives up to its name! I've used this firm several times. They are prompt, give good explanations and recommendations, and do a thorough cleanup r the work abefore leaving, My plumbers of choice.

  Jaime installed our tankless water heater many years ago and has been a pleasure to work with ever since. He is easy to communicate with, does precise, excellent work, and clearly cares about the integrity of his work and relationships with his customers. He’s very responsive to calls and texts and, while we’ve never had a plumbing emergency, he is the first person I would call if we did. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

  James immediately diagnosed the problem as sewage and lifted the cover off the sewage channel but told us that he couldn’t do anything more about it. He asked if the city would take care of it - they did. James was so nice and helpful. If we ever have non-city problems, we would call Fantastic immediately!

  We have been having some wet floor issues in our guest bathroom every time we have guests over lately. I think it has been due to extra showers and toilet usage during visits to our house. After James came out to take care of our main line root issues, we had them come back to replace the toilet. All good now! Timely response and attention to detail makes Fantastic Rooter our goto plumbing service now.

  Fantastic Rooter, specifically Eduardo, have been my trusted plumber of almost 10 years across multiple properties. I don't trust anyone else to do anything. From whole house water filtration to hot water heaters to toilets, they do it all!!!
