  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. interaction frustrating and confusing. What made matters worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Rather than trying to resolve the situation or provide clarification, she constantly spoke over me seemed uninterested in helping at all and accusing me of attempting to get disconnected when they over charged me from the price they install gave me, as well as leaving unfinished work and trash behind. As a customer, I expect clear communication, basic respect, and a willingness to resolve issues, but none of that was present here. It felt like my concerns were brushed aside rather than taken seriously. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning or recommending this business to others. I hope management takes steps to improve both communication and customer service, because this level of experience is simply not acceptable.

  Right away when Chris came, he was easy to talk to. Real easy going but professional He explained things in layman's terms for me so I could understand. Great with following up. Look forward to working together with him. Definitely an asset to your company.

  Mark and his crew as well as project managers Simon and Joel are the epitome of professional and excellent work. They were clear, helpful, understanding, and addressed my issue with excellence and haste. I highly recommend these folks if you one day discover your crawl space is flooded with sewage, and other such problems.

  I can't say enough great things about Restorerz but I'll try. We had a leak from our second floor bathroom into our first floor bathroom, figured it out and called Beach Plumbing asap. Edwin at Beach Plumbing recommended us to Restorerz, and said they were the best in the area. I trusted his judgment, as I had a previous experience about 8 years prior with a different company (recommended by my insurance company) that was horrific in every sense the word. Joel and his team (Eduardo, David and Javier) came to the property the morning after Edwin identified the leak and immediately created a game plan. They laid out the entire process start to finish, gave realistic timeframes, offered to speak with insurance adjusters, and were always checking in and within reach during the process. They tore down the walls and got the room prepped for mitigation immediately to get the room dried out. They were extra careful to make sure the rest of my house was clean while they did performed the job. They said they would show up every day to check on the fans, which they did. Christobal came next and helped explained the situation to the insurance company over the phone with me on the line. He showed up when the field adjuster came out to the property to explain the situation. He became my main point of contact. On top of all this, after they were finished the job, they had their Claims Consultant Morelia keep in touch with me during the payment portion with the insurance. She knew the process backwards and forwards and was extra helpful in managing the flow of documents to the insurance company. She provided me with every bit of information I needed to make sure insurance was properly charged. While I hope to never have a situation like this happen again, I would recommend Restorerz in a heartbeat to anyone suffering through a water loss and needing their services. They really have it together and provide top notch service for our community.

  I had an excellent experience with this remediation team from start to finish. Joel, the technician who initially assessed the situation, was communicative, thorough, and methodical in explaining each step of the process. I especially appreciated his transparency in demonstrating their camera system, which maps the room layout while documenting water damage and affected areas. It gave me a lot of confidence in their approach, and the experience was far superior to other remediation companies I’ve worked with. Daniel and his team handled the demolition and setup of the dehumidifiers and fans, and they were just as impressive. Daniel’s demeanor was calm, polite, and highly communicative throughout the process. He also has a great sense of humor and made me laugh on many occasions—he’s genuinely a great guy. His team worked seamlessly together and showed a strong sense of professionalism and coordination. They even left the space cleaner than they found it, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was their work ethic—they worked tirelessly all day to get everything set up properly. Daniel was also incredibly humble and appreciative, even thanking us for something as small as providing bottled and sparkling water. He took the time to show us how to turn off the equipment if the noise became disruptive during sleep, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to handle this water leak remediation. I highly commend both Joel and Daniel and their teams for their professionalism, care, and dedication.
