- ARA RoFeb 16, 20231.0Don't use them nor united rentals....Went against my gut. Stick with the other guys.... I've been on the phone for an hour transferred over and over to find this company. No one can get them... It's not 5pm either.. They still open... My reservation # does not exist per other operators. Other states are telling me they do not even see a pickup ticket..And here i am on my 7th operator trying to get this equipment picked up.... They are about and 1hr and 40 mins late while i'm on hold again. Just don't use. 0 stars. Stay away. ***Update. Basically they are saying when you schedule a pick up time. It will not be picked up. It’s meant to stop billing. If you make a pickup time, it’s not a locked time or day. Make plans so you don’t sit around. I also learned through email I’m completely at fault. Can not believe the service in all my 16 years working with vendors across the world. ***UPDATE - Work together again? Lol. You still haven't confirmed pickup. Your customer service threatened me with a good time, and now has ghosted me and you want me to work again with you lol...Never got a sorry. A thanks. A call. Nothing. hahah.Joke Avoid.
