They left it over the Christmas holiday while they were closed and couldn't pick it up and now I owe them for 2 weeks rental. I offered them another days rent but they insist on the week. The guy identified as the General Manager was not nice to me at all. Kind of a Jerk. I think I'll try some other rental place from now on. If you rent from them, good luck.
