I called again, and they again got on the phone with Rheem. They recommended again replacing the gas valve control and also a tank sensor. When the parts arrived, they came out again to replace the parts. We have been good ever since. The 2nd visit was N/C since it was under the 30 day labor warranty. Quick, no nonsense service
