  Reasonable price and great communication compared to other estimates I received. Moises was our technician and he was professional. We had a pressure regulator installed for our home - He explained how the regulator worked, demonstrated adjusting the pressure as needed, and the range we should aim for. Highly recommend, and will reach out again in the future for plumbing needs.

  our heat suddenly stopped working two days ago and we thought it was a pilot issue, but after the gas company came to visit, it was verified that it was a part issue. Drain Right was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Mario and Juan we're quickly able to identify the issue, drove a distance to get the part for us, and returned to efficiently install the new part. Mario went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer of our furnace and was able to get us the part at warranty cost, which saved us quite a bit of money. Our heat is back on and everything was very smooth and cost-effective. They did an amazing job and were clearly very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if another issue arises.

  Drain Right Services is amazing. Mike, Alfonzo and their whole team, amazing. I had a big job that needed to be done that required my yard to be dug up. They did such an amazing job letting me know exactly what was going on. When it came down the clean up, you can’t even tell that my yard was dug up. They’re so great at what they do. I definitely recommend them.

  If you’re looking for a plumber who truly goes above and beyond, Juan Guzman is the one! From the moment he arrived, Juan was polite, professional, and incredibly thorough. He explained every step of the repair process in clear detail, so we knew exactly what was happening and why. His communication skills and attention to detail were outstanding, and he didn’t just fix the problem—he made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Juan exceeded our expectations in every way, and it’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. I highly recommend Juan and Drain Right to anyone who wants top-notch service. We’ll definitely call them again and refer them to family and friends!

  Tony was great. He was efficient and professional. However, Drain Right’s communication and scheduling is ridiculously awful. I called and made an appointment for Friday from 9-11. No one shows up. So I call again and talk to dispatch. The dispatch woman was condescending and treating me as if I was stupid. She insisted I didn’t make the appointment and was calling the wrong company. She kept repeating “This is Drain Right” really slowly and asking if I was calling a different company. Then she refused to believe they made a mistake and an appointment was made not following their usual procedures. So I make another appointment for 1-3. No one shows up again. I call at 3;00 and they insist I’m on the schedule and someone will call with an update.No one calls. It’s 5:45 and I called again. They say someone from dispatch will call me in 5-10 minutes. Over an hour goes by and no call. Finally , at 7:00, 6 hours after the scheduled appointment time and 3 calls later, Tony calls and tells me he can’t make it. So we schedule an appointment for the NEXT day at 9:00am. Although Drain Right’s technicians are great, getting them to arrive at the scheduled appointment time is impossible and trying. I did not receive one call with an update until the next day. I understand if things happen and techs are late but to have no communication is frustrating. Drain Right needs to drastically improve their customer service and communication. Not valuing people’s time is a sure fire way to lose business. They are doing their techs no favors by not communicating with customers. Although I like their techs and the work provided, I doubt I would use this company again.
