Ramon did a great job and wasn’t afraid to take on everything we requested. If it can be done, Ramon will make it happen! He’s a can do guy with the right attitude. I was cleaning my toilet, and in the middle of flushing it, I accidentally dropped my toothpaste tube inside. Total nightmare—but Miguel came to the rescue right away. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He ended up having to remove the entire toilet to retrieve the tube, and he handled the whole process with so much care and skill. When he put everything back together, it looked perfect—no mess, no issues, just flawless work. If you’re in Los Angeles or Orange County and need a reliable plumber, I highly recommend Drain Right—and especially Miguel. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Super patient and detail-oriented, he got through 3 drains efficiently and was able to also give us a discount for being first-time customers. I was very impressed with his can-do attitude. In addition he coordinated with their electrician to install an outlet for the bidet that he installed. Ramon was extremely personable. He made us feel as though we were friends of his with his warm personality. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and that we were satisfied. Kudos to Ramon!! As a company, Drain Right must be so happy to have him as an employee!!
